Biography
Gary was raised at Fox Park. He was a batboy for his dad's, Kenny Heck, teams and started playing fast pitch after high school. We was and still is one of the most passionate fast pitch softball guys. Known by all opponents and umpires. Primarily a 3rd baseman, he typically batted leadoff for his teams. He was very good defensively and above average at the plate. His Jets team was one of the areas best at the time. He represents our sport as well as anyone.
